Self-Leveling Sealant for OEMs

The third part of Dicor’s three-part roofing system, EPDM Lap Sealant creates a secure, secondary seal along the roof’s edges, air vents, vent pipes and screw heads. Compatible with EPDM and TPO sheeting, it adheres firmly to aluminum, mortar, wood, vinyl, galvanized metal, fiberglass and concrete. It is primarily used to fill voids and joints around vents, pipes or other penetrations through the membrane.

Color matched (see below for colors and available sizes), the EPDM lap sealant is UV stabilized to prevent deterioration and discoloration. It will not stain or discolor any material to which it is applied.  DO NOT USE as splicing cement or on vertical surfaces.

This family of lap sealant is available only to OEM”s in single tube(s), 5 gallon or 55 gallon containers.  NOTE:  5  gallon and 55 gallon containers require a delivery system i.e., pump to dispense product.
