EPDM Plus offers the same flexibility and workability characteristics of previous EPDM membranes but with additional strength. EPDM Plus is a bright white membrane that holds 28% more tear resistance and 60% more puncture resistance to previous EPDM membranes. It’s bright white finish helps to reflect harmful UV rays, creating a much cooler RV!

Three Part System

EPDM Plus is a single-ply membrane that gives you some stretch to help during installation. We have found with the EPDM Plus roof membrane it is best to use our 901/917BA Water Based Bonding Adhesive for installation and our High Solids Ultra Sealant self-leveling and non self-leveling sealants when sealing along the roof edges and accessories. When using Ultra Sealant, any swelling to the membrane will be avoided like what some of the traditional solvent based sealants may cause. Ultra Sealant is recommended for any annual maintenance or touch up required.

Water-Based Bonding Adhesive

901BA-AThe adhesive is environmentally and user safe with longer open time for installation and retack opportunities. Easily applies excellent coverage from one or five gallon pails. Note: This product is formulated for use on moisture absorbent substrates and not on metal, fiberglass and rubber-to-rubber applications.

Ultra Sealant
610FRONTDicor’s Ultra Sealant System consists of a bonding agent primer and a high performing self-leveling or non-leveling sealant. Dicor’s Ultra Sealant is a high solids polyether sealant that contains no solvents or isocyanates and is non-yellowing. It is designed to fill voids, joints and seal around RV roof’s perimeter and other rooftop accessories. Ultra Sealant is a fast curing and highly weather resistant. Polypropylene RV roof accessories and some membranes MUST be primed with Dicor Ultra Sealant Primer prior to sealing.
